Keep track of your occupancy rates and income streams with Matchpoint. Our software offers both broad and narrow filters to pinpoint the exact data points that you are interested in for your business. The statistics you want to view can also be exported as excel files directly to your own computer.
Matchpoint allows your plats to both sign up and organize their competitions inside of your app. We offer solutions both for in-house leagues, round robin, and knockout stage. While you set up the rules from Matchpoint admin, the players can report their scores and follow other tournaments that you are hosting at your facility.
With our voucher and balance functionality, you are able to offer your players certain packages of bookings or club wallets. You can give vouchers and balance from your admin platform to users, or you can sell these packages online, with our without discount in order to classify it as an offer that you can market towards your players.
You decide which payment methods you want to enable. Online payments are part of your contract with a payment service provider, (in your app), while other alternatives such as Club Balance, Vouchers, and Pay Later are also available to turn on or off depending on your preferences.
For the hours of operations where you are not able to have staff on site, your facility can rely on our automatic access and light control. Players receive a pin code with their booking and the court(s) will only be lit up during bookings. We have several different setup versions of this and we make sure you get the components that fits your facility best.
Together with our partner MATCHi TV, you are able to offer your players a streaming service to record their matches and practices. Their content can be seen live or rewatched later on. Players simply scan a QR code next to the court to start their stream, and then visits www.MATCHi.tv to find their recording after their game.
Matchpoint allows you (the facility) to set your own parameters of levels for your players. You decide if players can set their own base-level, or if only administrators may do so. You can also incorporate our built-in algorithm or select to manually update players levels as coaches recognize their improvements.
When your players are having a hard time figuring out who they are going to play with, they can use our built-in match making feature to both start or join a match. You (the facility) decide how the leveling system works, and the players sets a minimum to maximum level for others to join their matches. This is a great way for players to challenge others and grow their circle of friends.
Our solution includes a built-in tool to handle your academies, sport schools, and term-long courses in a flexible way. No matter if juniors, adults, 5 weeks or 16 weeks, Matchpoint allows you to set up, market, and handle sign ups for all your courses. This feature goes hand-in-hand with our stand-alone coaches app for easy handling of groups and communications.
Matchpoint offers you realtime statistics and data on (almost) anything in the platform. All data points offered can also be exported to a simple Excel file for you to make your own dashboards and draw conclusions from.
Make sure your players stay up to date with what is happening at your facility! Our news feature allow you to create articles that are published inside of your app and on your branded website. The articles allow for an image, title, text, and a link button that can take your players to a destination of your choice.
The Matchpoint administration tools includes a full CRM system where you can track your customer growth, their participation in various bookings and activities, send newsletters with your own templates, and communicate with your players about other important matters.
With the use of the Matchpoint level system, you are able to offer a player ranking inside of the app with different categories, like Tennis, Padel, or Male & Female. Players are able to find others who have similar levels and send them a message to play directly in your app.
After a booking or match is created, players are able to share it to external applications on their phone, like Whatsapp, Messenger, or iMessage. This allows for an easy way to invite your friends and also fill up your matches that are not filled up from inside or your Matchpoint app.
Use push notifications both to send automatic reminders to players, but also to share important information that the players need to read. Push notifications are clickable and leads to an alert-page where all your past notifications can be viewed. News and blog posts also generates an automatic push notification to your customer register.
There are several ways that players anc coaches can use in-app messaging to communicate with each other. Open matches allows for a chat between the participants, players can find other players and send them a message inside of the app, and your coaches can inform the players with information before trainings and activities from their stand-alone Coaches App.
Activities can exist of both coaching sessions, social mix-ins, and competitions. You decide the time & day, number of players, title and description, price, and duration. Players can sign up and pay to join your activities in the app. You are also able to create activity groups to differentiate them from each other.
Matchpoint offers you the possibility to work with both annual and monthly memberships for your loyal players. One membership can have several price plans, and different membership types can offer different benefits. No matter if you are a open, hybrid, or only-members club, the feature can be adjusted to fit your needs.
Simplify the reservation process between parents and their kids by connecting several user accounts into one family. With the click of a button, parents are able to switch over to their kids account in order to sign up for bookings, lessons, socials, academies, and more.
